I stopped at the Sheriff’s Service Center a couple months back to get some information about a counterfeit $10 bill I received as change from the 99 Cent store and didn’t get much of a response, except that they didn’t know much about counterfeiting in the heights. No report or anything. However, there was a man that stopped by to pay a ticket who told me a little about some problems his mom had with getting counterfeit bills in the area. I recommend that unless you can tell the difference between this bill and a real $10 you don’t take any currency larger than a $20. Even getting taken for $10 is not good.

I’m not really sure what the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Rowland Heights Service Center is for, but if you need to go there it’s in the yes plaza. While you’re there you might like to get a bite to eat at a new restaurant the Cowboy Cafe.
The address for the Sheriff’s Service Center is 1723 Fullerton Rd Rowland Heights, CA 91748 but it is quite close to the marker on the map. It is on the corner of Colima and Fullerton.
